I’m so happy to blog this family session because they have been here from the beginning. They were one of the first families to book me and believe in my vision and trust me in their safe space when I moved to Indianapolis. It was for their maternity session and now they have two beautiful babies!! I love in-home sessions in this area because of the local spots surrounding them.

This day was one of those things where you make it what it is. They always put the importance of spending time together at the forefront of their time with me. Blaise made coffee with her mom and dad in the kitchen and then showed me her beautiful art gallery. We had a cuddle puddle in the hallway and then walked to Amelia’s. After that, we took a short walk to their favorite park and ended the session with tossing sticks in the creek. I hope to book more families in their homes who are homebodies and love their neighborhoods. The kind of people who like to document the simple things who want to make tangible memories.
